The new MiDAS is in Beta...

Welome to the new and improved MiDAS database.

Among the highlights:

 1) MiDAS now has a search functionality for discovering the database.

 2) We have considerably improved the information content in the database and included citations for each data point. The citations link out to the original publications and MiDAS therefore acts as a central knowledgebase on the ecology of activated sludge.
 3) MiDAS has a User forum for discussions, errors, ideas and improvements and for getting help with using the database or the MiDAS taxonomy for classifying amplicons.

We hope you find it useful and look forward to your feedback in the User forum...
